i didn't think my hubs were that old though, as the guy i bought the bike off had only bought them in the past few years, and the bike is a 2004 model

Just noticed I put ealry 90's version.
That should say, started in teh early 90's and changed to the XC/Mono around the turn of the century. No idea of exact dates and if the Ti-Glide kept on being produced after that approx date.

Send hope a PM see if they can help (or even give a date)
They could probably refurb it all for you for a cost.

Yep, i sent Hope an email last night with some pictures, so im hoping for some good news next week.
I've checked on CRC and the parts i need seem to add up to about £100, i'd like to spend half that ideally, but I will try and get the cassette off the freewheel first as thats the most expensive part

Buy a second hand snapped one (the flanges crack sometimes) if there are any about
