You need a proper 4 pin tool and a kettle of boiling water - you can rotate the flanges if you go to hard

Normal thread but as mentioned go steady with a proper tool. Hammer and chisel isn’t the correct tool for clarity.

Exactly my thoughts. BFH will be coming into play I think If i dont get any joy with the proper peg spanner and boiling water
