Hope Mechanical Disc Brake

Anyone recognise this early Hope mechanical disc brake, I asked the folks up there and they couldn't identify it although they confirmed it was an early 90's example.

It is matched with this hub/disc.

I wouldn't recommend you use it radial (unless the brake is as feeble as I think it might be)

I love those alloy rotors, but v brakes stopped you quicker, albeit a few years later for common availability.

Hope started in 89, but the rotor is similar to 1993 here:

Thank you for that, the wheel is only 20" so not much use as it is anyway.

I still can't see the model in any of those pictures however it doesn't matter. It is also unmark, I assume the logo has been lost through time.

The logo might only have appeared once they were cnc machining.
If you take the bracket out, this silver front is close:

And of course the logo might have been on the bracket!
Iirc these calipers floated in the bracket to avoid rub.

Unfortunately I don't have the bracket, just the brake and the wheel/disc.

To be fair I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with them.
