Formula hydraulic disc brakes with mechanical leverage

Hello from Italy, everyone!
This is my first thread. This is a fantastic blog :p

I'm writing because i'm trying to renovate a roadie prototype from 1995.
As you can see from the picture it had disc brakes.
I found out and old photo about this bike, and it had Formula carbon hubs with red flanges, 4 holes discs and formula evolution (?) 48.55 mm calipers.

So MTB stuff.

Unfortunately this frame doesn't allow hydraulic pipes.
I bought on ebay that strange (original from formula) solution for tandem bikes that has an actuator that transform (somehow) mechanical movement from wire to hydraulic pressure.

1) do someone has those hubs for sale?
2) do someone has another actuator for sale?
3) do someone has a couple of evolution (48.55mm -> distance between threaded holes) for sale?

Thank you for the help you will be able to give me. :p
