What is interesting about the Fatso is the manner in which the end caps fit. Identical to today's fittings on everything pro2 - 4.
Albeit that the fatso ones are such a tight fit that you usually damage them getting them out. But the system of QR stud end cap that fits into the internal axle is what they're using now.
