Hope disc brakes: interchangeable parts?

I have a rather lovely Hope Mono Mini Pro rear brake which has a seized piston in the caliper. My local bike shop spent ages trying to free it using various methods but eventually surrendered, so there's a new brake on the bike.

I still have all the bits including the carbon-fibre lever, the master cylinder and the hose, etc.

It seems a pity to waste this stuff, so I've been googling to find out whether I can use a modern caliper with the lever/cylinder. So far it's not very clear to me whether the caliper from, say, a Race Evo Ex2 could be used with the older parts.

Anyone tried this before? All insights would me welcome!

I got in touch with Hope via their website and they came back the next day.

In short, the options depend on what year the master cylinder was made, 2002 to 2006 or 2007 onwards.

The combinations are set out in this chart:

That chart seems to show the diameter of the pistons, levers are all 10 or 11 so I'd call them interchangeable ... someone feel free to jump in and tell me why that assumption is wrong!
