Hope Brake boss hose guide instructions

Does anyone have the instructions for these? I'm just wondering if I've installed them correctly on a pair of forks I got them with. And if they're missing anything else. A scan or photo will be good.

From memory you simply screw them into the old brake boss holes, the hose guide one just pop an Allen key though the 'loops' to get the leverage to screw it in. They come with a plastic washer to allow you to screw it in to the right position for the hose without it coming loose. Make sense? Haven't got a photo Im afraid.

Ah, I was wondering what they did to make sure the guide was in the correct position, that was all.
