Hope BB tool?

Probably been asked and answered but on a bike I picked up today, underneath a lower end Shimano crank this was lurking.

Bearings are gone but I can replace as long as I can get the cup out.

What tool is needed? I may try some circlip pliers as I have some, but the bike has Sat unused for over a decade so I'm assuming some force may be required.

I have a Royce tool somewhere, would that work?

The Royce one fits the number and configuration of holes. It’s what Ive used.

Royce works. It has shorter pins than the hope one so need to make sure it doesn't slip out.

My Royce tool came with a kit to prevent slippage. So removing hope is no issue too.

Thanks guys, will find the Royce tool and give it a whirl. I usually bolt on a bit of steel to stop slippage but think I might have the same extra bits in the Royce bundle.
