Cool, hope they look good on your next project, they deserve to go on a nice build.
They were taken from my wife’s Kona hardtail, they’re great brakes but wrist issues meant she needed an upgrade to 4 pots because she was having trouble stopping.

Heh! I was just passing through and saw this…

Tbh I can’t recall offhand. Let me have a look in the garage and see what fluid it was and I’ll get back to you.

No worries, I have dot 4 and wanted to bleed / top up rather than a flush and refill.

I’m pretty sure it was 5. You can mix and match the two, just that the 4 will slightly dilute the higher-grade 5, which really doesn’t matter a toss on a bicycle given the temperatures involved.
