Hope 1st gen mechanical disc brake Shimano/Mavic rear wheel

BIt of an oddity this, but before Hope made a hub they made a brake, but needed a hub to use it with, so, they got some Shimano rear hubs with a large non-drive-side flange, machined the flange square and cut a thread into it, then the disc carrier threaded on and you could bolt a disc to it. Probably only any good if you have one of the first gen disc brakes, but it took me an age to find one of these and I haven't seen another since.

Anyway, hub is, I think, an M732, and is clearly used but has loads of life in it and spins OK, but would benefit from a rebuild, freehub body seems good too, Mavic 217 rim looks like it has not been used, but the decal is peeling, wheel is nice and true, 36 hole, good spokes and nipples. Disc is a little corroded but should polish up.

I'm looking for a screw on Hope mechanical disc. This might fit the bill, if still available, but two problems:
It needs to come off. Need to use on an existing front wheel... And...
I'm in the US... Guessing shipping might be astronomical for the whole setup.

I am interested if you have any ideas re: the above.

Ken - what hub are you trying to fit the disc to? it sounds more like you have the hope front suspension hub that has a screw on lock ring and a removable 5 bolt disc spider. If so these are fairly easily available from the wanted section of this site. - most members seem to have a few in the back of their cupboards. 5 bolt discs to fit are also fairly easy to come by too. Note there is a rarer 3 bolt version of the spider and an even rarer 6 bolt version but both are much harder to come by.
