But of an odd one this, it's a Hooger Booger frame. The brand was a snow sports brand that branched out into Mtb in the late 80's/early 90's (same as Heavy Tools and a few others), the brand was then bought up by Scott (hence the Scott badge on the seat tube) before finally fading away.
The frame is 21" centre of bb to centre of TT, and 22" from centre of seat tube to centre of head tube.
Made of steel, presumably same type of tubing as Scott bikes of the time.
In fairly good condition for its age, the funky paintwork does have some chips and scrapes but would benefit from a good session with some T-Cut.
Included is the bottom bracket, Seatpost, branded saddle, and the original headset.
