Those aren't the fancy Carbon Fiber HED rims that most people know, but the cheaper Fiberglass ones that HED made for Proflex (I believe). The "fabric" texture of the "carbon" part is much finer than the regular carbon HED rims and those yellow stickers are a dead giveaway. How do I know? I have a pair of those in my garage. They're not necessarily worse or even heavier just not as fancy.
