Attention all Holdsworth owners !
I am trying to find images of the correct top tube decals that Holdsworth used before about 1955. Those that are commercially available may not be correct for this period. I have 2 projects in hand for 1954 Holdsworth frames. The correct decal for 'Zephyr' is not available (see below). The 'Cyclone' decal that is available needs to be verified as I have never seen an original of this on a frame. So, if you have a Holdsworth from this period sporting original decals please let us see some photos and we can then set about making the correct designs available. I believe that the design below is an original 'Zephyr' decal and dates from 1953.
The model range in 1954 comprised (in addition to Zephyr and Cyclone) :
Whirlwind
Tornado
La Quelda
Monsoon
Typhoon
Hurricane
I suspect that there was a script design similar to that shown below for each of these models
