The Holdsworth Mistral I have just started working on looks very close to the pics above.
However, the Serial No 10392 looks nowhere near. The 1st digit looks like a 1, but the left part has damage. Not knowing the type face it could be a 4, if the cross part did not extend past the vertical.
I don't know if that would be better.
Also, mine has fully chromed front forks only. Painted on the rear. It does have the Mistral flag at the front.
Could it be the same year. It has Weinmann brakes, 6x3 gears, but I don't think the wheels are original, and assume they will be Weinmann rims originally.
