Holdsworth 531 special

Retro Newbie
Hi All, I'd like to find out more about this bike, which I suspect is from the 1970's. It all started with the Holdsworth-Campagnolo cap when I decided to buy a bike to go with my cap! I bought the frame on ebay in 2017 from someone living near Southampton. The components came from various bike fairs and are all Campagnolo except for the bottom bracket (Shimano) and the brake levers (Weinmann). There's a frame number on the BB that looks like 0357, Could that be 1973? The frame has no lugs for the shifters nor guides for the gear cables. I can't find any date markings on the Campag components. On the back of the cranks is stamped "170 strada 7" , with the 7 enclosed in a diamond shape.
Any comment or tips?

Nice :) Classic chamfered seat stays of the Special...

Does Nick Kilgarrif website still work? there was a lot of Holdsworth info on there. the 7 in a diamond is the date of the cranks.

Lots of good database info on here
