Unfortunately not, just by reading some articles about the Hobbs mark, like ones below, one with fine pictures that shows lugs as per description of Championship model

Super nice and a lovely story.

Bit more back story. He bought the bike in 1952 and was riding with the Lincoln Imps Cycling Club. A planned ride to Lincoln had a rider pull out for sickness and my dad stood in at short notice and rode the whole way to Lands End on the fixed wheel.
He has a badge he was intending to get enamelled and fitted and has today actually found it. Project 2 see attached image.
