Yes David,

seat tube centre to top is 19 inches.

seat tube centre to centre is 16 inches.

top tube centre to centre is 22.5 inches.

ok, before you can put more photos?one photo at serial number? You can put the frame in ebay at 50 pounds and the transport 450,this way commissions are not paid...
