Hi and any help

Looks like it has RALEIGH stamped into the tops of the seat stays which makes it post mid 1980s in my experience, so this makes it a 1989 bike. Oh, and the brakes are a dead giveaway as well.

Classic ladies bikes can be very difficult to value, I guess because there are fewer ladies into classic bikes, however if it's in good nick then £150ish would be reasonable. If you market it really well and find the right buyer you could probably get it up to about £200. The problem is that you can still bag real bargains on eBay if you're willing to put the effort in so prices remain low. I've picked up several 1980's 531 Ladies Raleighs all in great condition with all their lovely alloy components on them for around £50.

Well its in good condition just a few chips on top down tube and all gears work ok and tape on bars is good none missing so think if i put it up for £100 should b ok then.
