Hello,
I'm more on MTBs but I've got that bike and I'm searching for infos on it.
It's an Hercules Superior and it's mounted with a full Sachs-Huret Rival 7000 and Sachs Aris Power Grip shifters. I never heard about that before but it's pretty nice.
The frame is made from CrMo steel with lugs.
The bike is like new, it has only covered a few kilometers in my opinion... The brake pads are originals and like new, as the braking surface of the rims, and the transmission. There is just some scuffs here and there from storage.
The seatpost, seat and handlebar are not originals.

So my questions are :
From what year is it ?
Does it worth interest ?
What would be a good price for it ?

Thanks everybody, here are the pics !

Ah, German Hercules! Got me worried there thinking that someone had sullied a good old British Hercules with some modern European stuff.

Can't help with knowledge of the brand but looks mid/late 90's-ish?

Interesting stuff there. From memory, I can't recall New Success or Rival 7000 ever being offered over here in Blighty in their triple/long cage/canti brake incarnations as touring groupsets, but feel free to correct me on that one.

I'm french and it's the first time I see it to. And google doesn't know anything on that ! That's why I'm turning toward the living encyclopedias of the forum ! :D

From comparison with other Sachs product, I think it's from 91.
The name Sachs-Huret seems to have disappeared in 92.
