Henry Lloyd bike history

Does anyone know anything about this marque? Was Lloyd the actual framebuilder and/or the company owner? Any idea if it is related to the H. Lloyd company dealing with decals (they did not have any shown for Henry Lloyd bikes)?
It has the early Reynolds Special Lightweight tube set (pre-531 pro).

Henry Lloyd owned a bike shop in Netherfield, Notts, and ran Notts and Derby Clarion CC, my one and only club.
I believe that Francis Grafton and Chalky White took over the shop from Henry and built the frames - but I might be a bit mixed up with that.
No doubt someone will be along with more info!

If my memory serves me correctly Chalky Whites' first name was Mick and he was indeed Polish. I remember him as Francis' 2 up TT partner who rode a Jacques Anquetil.
Here's the only record I have of my TT days, from the Nottingham Evening Post in 1970. A lowly 30-45 "evening 10" - but I was only 13 and it was limited to a 72" gear. I did improve into the mid 28s!
Henry was a great encouragement to us "young 'uns" and allowed us weekly payments on bike parts.
