ok perfect....
i have the purple spring, i think that is should be ok as i use the bike everyday and with everithing i'll be around 85 and like the bike a little bit stiff....
about the air into the cartrige i don't know, i found around that maximum is 200psi so i think that i put around 180psi.
anyway this is my bike
