stamped under the bb is 01943223 18

so size 18 born Jan 94?

just checked the Mag21 and they will fit, steerer wise, they also seem to go up and down, something the Anti gravs don't

18 will be the size, so you have an 18" frame there

I'd agree with that

Also, having that format serial number should mean it is a US built 6061 frame, so it's an RTS-1

This is good, 'cos it also shows that the flat plate on the back of the top-tube signifies US built, just like the Zaskar.
