I've a question - what is this brand of bike. Pictures are below. Is a Suntour Mountech groupset. Dia-Compe 0983 brakes . Sugino GT crank.Araya rims . Please comments and suggestions. On steering tube is a logo of Tange .

My first question is, what does it say on the tubes, looks like the brandname?
Can't see that in the pics.

no it's only inscription " Mountain bike" , I think that is not orginal paint
