Help with first sort of classic project (please)

I should not do anything about it. It looks awsome to me. As I am a fan of cross bikes. Leave it as it is. It is in a nice and smooth condition.

Ok, ok, I won't make any big changes, but I think it could look fantastic with some new (and better fitting) cables, a new saddle and bartape, some new brake hoods and finally...some tyres that hold air! The Wolber Cross tyres currently on the bike have had it. Could anyone suggest where I could look to find suitable replacement cross tubulars?

Dugast are usually the favourite Tubs for Cross.
try Paul Milnes shop though.
