Help with chainrings?

I have one word for you......BIOPACE!

nearly finished the pre 90's pine mountain restoration but it came with biopace rings (the oval ones) and I'd like to change them - the bike has deore dx cranks and my question is - will a set of modern rings fit the cranks, or will I need to hunt down some older ones from "back in the day"

any help or advice much appreciated

Biopace rings fit standard bolt circles - 130mm for road and 110mm for MTB. Yours are 110mm, so any 110mm 5-bolt rings will fit.

Ditto, 110mm "ATB" size will do you the same or hunt down some off the bay, flogged a 48 and a 28 just 2 mths ago :cry:
