Help with a specialized s works enduro 2004

From what I've researched the standard enduro ran a rear fox with an itch switch to increase the rear travel from 100 to 130 and at the front the forks were fox talas that did the same. The s-works had the brain shock with fixed travel which I think was 100mm. I'm no expert, so happy to learn more about the frame and it's capabilities front and rear.
I've got an rp3 shock with the same i2i as the float r/brain combo and plan to use this. I2i is 200mm and from what I've read, stroke is 50mm which I believe translates to 100 mm travel. Could be wrong.
Looking to match the rear with the front travel wise, just need the bolts as everything else I've either got or managed to find.
Awaiting a reply from specialised. They came back asking for frame number and provided me with what it should start with. Didn't match at all with the frame number so let's see what they come back with. I could get away with reusing the bolts but as one has a rounded hex head, I'd rather get some new ones.
Just need to decide on the build now. Finishing kit is fine, but xtr m970 or 10 speed xo is the next dilemma. Not getting too excited about that until I can get the bolts and also remove the horst link/drop out bearings safely. It seems the should just push out but I've read there is actually part of the frame in between them so they need to be pulled/pushed out individually. Seems a deliberate ploy to require a return to bike shop/specialized for a service to me. Two bearings with a spacer would have been simpler to make as the frame wouldn't need the collar in between to be machined, and once fitted there is no way the bearings are going to come out as they are sandwiched between the linkage are the drop out/join of chain stay/seat stay.

Anyone know what impact running a 100mm fork will have on it? As they were originally equipped with talas forks with 90 to 130mm travel I'm assuming a fork fixed at 100mm will be fine. Just wondering though. Also, what travel does a 200mm/50 stroke fox rp3 shock provide?

Just found this link to the original spec. Looks like the brain/fox float r provided 90mm travel at the rear.

That doesn't sound right. My enduro sx (the short travel 4x version) had 110mm travel!
