Help wanted to ID this Zaskar Race

I think it is a 2000 Zaskar Race but it clearly says made in the USA on the Easton tube label (does that just mean the tubes were USA made?) and I have read that manufacture moved east after 1998. Any experts here have any thoughts?
I am thinking of selling it but I wanted to get the identification correct first. I bought it about 10 years ago and just hung it up in my garage and never rode it...what a waste.
The serial number on the BB is 1003050065 (I think)

Have I missed the pic of the made in USA decal?

1999 was the last year of USA production

2000 onwards were made in Taiwan apart from a few exceptions

Yours is made in Taiwan.

Value wise is not much as 2000 onwards don’t really have much following

Yep that’s just the main tubes which are made in USA.
