radford was a "make" exclusive to action bikes in london and home counties i know this cos i worked for them for 12 years. they were rebadged claud butlers ( even came in cb boxes) the only input we had on the design was the decals and colours. we started them off in the earlyish 90,s and were still selling them when i left in 97. what one that is is anyones guess as that frame covered 3 different models. thats if it is a radford ofc. think carrera when you read radford.
