Is it definitely steel?

Yep. If the brazed steel dropouts didn't give it away, the rust would.

a Taiwanese factory frame, rebadged and sold by any number of shops all over the world. In the UK, many were sold by Merlin.

If its a steel frame?! I Think so! Looks like!

About the frame, one-eyed_jim, thanks for let me know that.

Do you think thats a good one to create a single speed?!
For 40euros its expensive or it is ok?!

I'm from portugal and i never saw any frame like this one!

It's not ideal (because of the vertical dropouts) but sure, why not? If it fits you and the frame's straight and strong, it's not a bad starting point.

Well, what can you get for 40€ these days?

You could offer thirty...

I know about the vertical dropouts, but its more versatile if one day i want to change for 1 x 9 combination.

The only thing about if it fits, is i'm 1.77m and the frame its 17". Normally its the size of my frames, only kona have to be a little big. In the past i had a marin bear valley se with 17,5" and it was good. Maybe 0.5" will not make so much different. I dont know! its just a guess!

The bad thing is that's not possible to see the frame if my own eyes. But is in good condition for sure. The guy that is selling this, have a great positive feedback in the portuguese forum where i found the frame. And seems like a nice guy.
