Help please...what disk brake adaptor do I need?!

I have no idea. The disks I have bought for modern where simple bolt on jobs!
The forks (Marzocchi MX Comps) are I believe IS so I need an IS to Post Mount adaptor? Rotor is 160 so any idea? The spacing looks quite narrow on the forks?





If anyone has anything suitable or can point me to something that I can pick up online then please help me, I'd be very grateful!

Really difficult to measure with one shaky hand and an old iPhone. Looks like 5cm (50mm) does that sound right? Can't get back out to the garage right now but can double check tomorrow.
