Help please re an R. O. Harrison bike

Hi,
I’m looking to identify and value an old R. O. Harrison bike that belonged to my late father who died in 1998. He was intending to do it up but never got round to it and it has been sat in the back of our garage for over 20 years.

Can anyone help me please to date it and identify the model? Photo of serial number below.

My best guess is early 50s, there may be components that confirm this.
Looks like Simplex T de F and Stronglite/Simplex chainset.

Hi, looks 50's, generally R O Harrison serial numbers were 90 degrees to your serial number on the BB, but that's just from my experience and stamping the serial number in that position is something Selbach did, and that's where he learned his trade, so not an issue but more piccies would help. The first three digits indicate the year, in the case it is a four ( 34, 44, or 54 ) and the first two digits stands for the month - November in this case, and the other 4 will be the serial number. It is not 1934, probably not 1944 but ?, it is probably 1954. So, what model, we need to look at the lugs, the models were sort of based on the angles, maybe a super circuit, photos will help, below is my 1950 Super Circuit, lugs anything like that or had they moved on to using nervex lugs ?
