Help on ID'ing an interesting ano blue stem

Found this stem and bought it very impulsively and have no idea what it could be, pictures are attached below.

It doesnt have pinch bolts just a wedge system, its 1 inch ahead and have no idea wether its 25.4 or 26.0.

Any ideas and year. Bought this for my multicoloured fixie as a bit of fun.

Think its a cheapo jobbie - but hey it looks fine and if it works...

Looks like Tranz-X Zanzi Stem. Days ago (about 1996-97) was one of the best price/quality/weight bits here, in Poland. I've got one in silver (130/ 1 1/8") and its very light (168g). Remeber they were also red and black ano, so blue is also possible.

i thought it was a trans-x model of some kind when i bought it,glad someone agrees lol. yeh is a really light stem and ive also seen them in purple!

Could be a copy of the Tioga Tomac stem...
