Help needed to identify Orange mtb

There is a P7 of 1997 vintage advertised on ebay at the moment with same forks which are marked as F14

Agreed, apologies to OP for the derail also, but you know how tangential this place can be sometimes. At least the frame appears to have been ID'd though
