I've not seen any standar 5-bolts ones, but I'm not an authority, so they may have existed.

stauqmuk Retro Guru Feedback View Dec 21, 2011 #5 Measure center to center on 2 sequential holes in mm then multiply by 1.7 for 5 bolt and 1.4 for 4 bolt patterns and bingo you've got the BCD.
