Help needed - Frame identification

Evening all. I wonder if anyone can shed light on the brand of this frame?
Features unusalually long chain stays, which extend beyond the seat stays. Smooth welds and a brake hanger, as pictured.
Fitted with a Deore DX groupset and Tioga handlebars.
I have searched everywhere and can't find any references. Pretty sure it has a rattle can paint job too.

Aha, thats a huge help. Possibly M100 or similar. I'll keep researching.

I think Cannondales can be easily identified from the frame number. I can't say I've tried it though,
