help needed bear valley break cable covering?

My bear valley has a brake cable running across the cross tube inside a opaque resin sleeve to protect the frame

see example from my lady's bolinas

anyone know were I could buy such a sleeve? or similar

Silicon tubing is ideal, I got lots from a model shop where it's used as fuel line for remote control cars/planes etc, comes in a few different colours/thicknesses.
You could also cut down the out side of a suitable lenght of gear cable outer and strip out the inner length of protective tubing, will be very similar to your existing tubing.
