Can’t for the life of me find any reference or figure out a way that the rear triangle separates from the frame, anyone have any experience with stripping one of these?

Are you loosening the correct side? There is a fixed side and a removable side at the swingarm pivot.

Could they be bent causing it to bind?
Page 2 of the link shows the special parts, pivot axle assembly. Special torques show the pivot bolt (fixed side) and pivot bolt (removable side)

Can’t see how the pivot axle can be removed as I think to remove the rear frame this needs to be done?

Put one screw back on and with a blunt object like an allen key, put it inside on the opposite side of the screw and gently tap it out. The screw will keep the allen key in and help pull the axel out. And please show a picture of your bearings cause I've been having issues with my X0 for months and can't figure out what's wrong!

Dang.... I mean i had to use a hammer to get mine out the first time. Do what you want with that info.
