HELP! My rear rim is cracked 3 weeks before I do LEJOG

Whilst truing the wheels on my tandem today I spotted that around almost half of the spoke holes on the rear wheel there were 1-2cm cracks radiating out and some of the spokes were pulling through.

Obviously im not happy to put 1000 miles on this wheel so urgently need a rear touring wheel, Its a tandem so needs to be strong, the one I have at the moment is 40 spoke but 36 will probably do.

Can be either freehub or screw on freewheel and 700c.

Please help I don't have long!!

And your local bike shop to rebuild the wheel?

Where are you based?I probably have something in the shed of doom that you could borrow,48h Campag or similar for a freewheel in NW London(not far from Wembly)or I may have a Mavic Mod 4 40h rim I could post this week so you can rebuild onto your hub.

Are you going up or down,I live in Newlyn now.I have a friends galaxy twin in bits his rear wheel is a 7 spd freewheel 700c.If needbe you could use it and post it back.PM me if you need any help at all.I work in a bike shop as well in Truro.
