Help me pick a new gravel bike

Hi @d8mok how has the ownership experience been with the Enigma?
I found this thread via the search function. Am keen to try a titanium frame and really like the Mason Bokeh, but tyre clearance is a bit tight at 700x41 max. Looks like your Enigma has more clearance. I also love the S shaped stays - reminds me of a Merlin frame.

I would look into Kinesis UK - I have had a 5T Crosslight now for about 10 years, I use it to commute everyday, its light, durable, serviceable and dependable. I can not say a bad word about the 5T Alloy frame and Carbon fork. I got the Carbon fork "ultra sound" tested / checked about seven years ago by a materials expert that I work beside, and they said the Carbon results that came back from any bicycle frame an fork was one of the best she had ever seen.

It’s still going strong with no issues and I’d recommend it.

It’s doubled up as my autumn/ spring road bike so gets all round use. Last time I’m checked it was around 13k miles on it so far.

If you on FB join our group for Enigma. One of the guys who works there is a member so it’s a good connection to have.

If you gonna buy one either go direct or I can recommend the bike lounge.

Titanium is quite brittle, am not putting you off but they are renowned for cracks. If I was ever going to buy a Titanium frame I would choose one with external brake/gear cables only and not internal, personally I would not be drilling holes in that Titanium tubing.
