Help me identify this Campagnolo SS bottom bracket?

Hi all, I recently had my Claud Butler Holdsworthy bottom bracket replaced, after the bearings of this Campag BB collapsed.

I have sourced a full set of replacement bearings for it (one original set survives, but are very pitted) as the surfaces and races are still usable (with a bit of polish). I'm not sure I'll use it again, and am thinking of selling it on. Can't find a pat. year on it. Can anyone help me identify the range it belongs to, and a rough market value when cleaned up?

Stamped details:
68-SS-120
+1 - +1.5
1.370" 24tpi

There is a bit of wear on the axle where the bearings collapsed and it rubbed on the cup, but otherwise all threads are clean and races straight.

Thanks!

Campag 1046 Nuovo Record, thick cups with rifling. Later version with the fixred cup not being flat. 68-SS-120 is Strada for 68mm bottom bracket. 120 was mneant to represent the chain line spacing and was dropped on later axles. Likely 1970's

The +1 and +15 don't ring a bell though.

The prices vary on eBay depending on how many people want one. £25 reserve?

Re:

I can't see the pictures.
Cup and cone bearings normally have a very thin hardened surface. If the track where the balls run has little pits in it then it is worn out.
60 years ago we would use worn out parts for winter bikes. If you regrind the surface then it will be soft, and the wrong shape. Bearings with worn tracks cannot be adjusted accurately.
