Much easier with an original link to the image/advert/talk.
Only thing that springs to mind with it being a POWER, would be Helkama

It looks more like POWER LITE with the change in style and slight extra spacing on the down tube, or the dop of the word on the top tube.
But other sticker are blurred.

Would hazard a guess at being made by Apro sometime in 1992/1993? sure I saw someone's got a list of frames that were made in alu by specific manufactures.. I say Apro as similar drop outs and stays to my 1992 orange alu elite

As used by Helkama too, and Marin etc into the mid 90s...
STX (mid 90s) is too late for 92/3 but the same style was used later too. Probably becasue it worked.
Marin didn't make a gold bike though.
