Help identifying an old bike - possibly Raleigh Pro?

Retro Newbie
Hi, found this bike at my local tip and trying to trace its history as i think it might made a nice project bike to restore. Can anyone help?

So far I think its a circa 1966 Raleigh Pro based on the saddle and campag dropouts/equipment. But the frame number is 6776 and has no letter prefix as the various website state to look for.

A lot of the equipment looks original and from the era above but I cant track down the exact year/model/make.

Other features are:

Fiamme stem
Wrap Over rear seat stays
Forged front fork crown
Chromes lugs
Suntour grand prix deraillier front and back
Univeral brake levers
Campag Bar end shifters and pedals/chainset/seatpost/hubs.

Any help much appreciated

John.

Not a Raleigh then.

No holes means no badge: narrows it down to a frame with head transfer only.

Roadking.
