Help identifying an early 80's Ritchey

Anyone know which model and year this chap is?
I spotted it recently in a bike shop (where no-one in said bike shop knew what it was). I was just passing so didn't get the chance to look at frame number etc - although I guess I could go back.
Thinking to make them an offer if they are prepared to sell...

Another one for any Ritchey experts out there ... I'm thinking to buy this but not sure if it's worth £950 (?!). Also not sure about the frame size - the frame number is: 0 C 3 4. Advertised as 1983-4 Team Comp. I cant tell from the pics if this is a big farme or not - I am after small-medium (17-18 inch). Any help gladly received! 🙏

not a ritchey expert here, a buddy is doing one right now with C in the serial number.
he bought it as a super comp. if that is any help. i think the 0 at the beginning means 20" frame.
ritcheys tend to ride on the small side, i would call this a medium size. hopefully an expert
can confirm all this. price might be a bit on the high side. i feel the build is a bit lacking.

Thanks very much for the feedback Roy. The seller has since sent a measurement - it's 19 inch c/c so probably 20 inch to the top of the seat tube. Hard to know how this will fit me as I have a 17.5 inch Marin and a 19 inch Marin (both measured c/c I believe). I prefer the smaller size tbh. Seems from this era the smallest Ritcheys were 19 inch. Re: price and condition - I realise it's missing a lot of original parts and I'll need to source bullmoose bars etc. I have managed to get the price down by approx 1/3 so I feel it's a bit more palatable. I haven't really seen many for sale recently other than at very high prices - so I guessed getting this frame and then working on it would be a good way to go, it does seem to be in good condition from the photos. But I am a bit unsure if it's the best way forward. Thanks again for the thoughts 🙏

T.I.G. welded, and a Tange fork. This would be after my time working with Tom, but that looks a lot more like a Fisher Montare than a Ritchey. A serial # would help.
