Help identifying a Carlton Works Raleigh frame and fork

Retro Newbie
Hi, a newbe here. I have a G serial numbered (1972) Raleigh frame with the Cinelli style fork with Huret ends but no chrome past the dropouts and the frame has no hoop on the seat stays for a center pull brake. The lugs are very simple points with no piercing and the rear derailleur cable routes under a brazeon on top of the bottom bracket shell. The chain stays have a chardonnay bottle taper with a straight section past the bridge and tapering to the rear unchromed Campagnolo dropout. There is no detent in either chain stay. I have had many Competitions, Internationals and one Pro but none have been a good match for this one. It has been stripped bare and badly repainted so there is no chance of recovering paint color or any decals. It is a match for a Competition Mark II except for the lack of chrome socks (I know mine are not painted over) and the rear brake stop hoop.

The previous owner said he had stripped a complete Campagnolo group from the bike and sold it. It may have been original because it included a headset and bottom bracket that many people would not have upgraded.

I can't find a US model that matches this. Does anyone know of a UK model this could be? I appreciate any help. I'll try to take some informative pictures.

Pictures added. It looks most like a Super Tourer without chrome on the lower forks and stays but I have only seen that cable routing for the rear derailleur on a Super Course. I appreciate any thoughts.

The serial number is G3073.

Additionally lower lug of the stearer tube says BCM bearly visible in the picture of the headbadge. I understand this is a Bocama lug but I don't know which type.
