Help identify this unknown Pista frame

Unknown track frame, campagnalo drop outs and track ends, chromed 1/4 and head tube, super tight geometry, not drilled for brakes, bottom bracket stamped <EO> 3032780

Distinctive wrap around septets cluster and hex key seatpost pin. Super light for steel. Lighter than my 531 frame on same proportions more or less.

Any ideas anyone?

Fork crown and seat lug design are a little late for my era so can't help. sorry. Looks nice though and hopefully someone might recognise it
