Might be an old fisher

I reckon so too - pressed in bottom bracket may be the giveaway..deffo looks like 1 1/4 headtube for sure

My mate who now lives away in that there france,had a black fisher with an 1 1/4 head set,it was late 80`s early ninties ,he seems to think it was called a montana, hope this helps
