Re:

Toxik Harald graciously offered up his studio space to help me mend the dimples and pin-holes in the bottom of the chain stays. A bit of brass and silver, a bit sanding on the one stay, and one to go.

I'm getting close to paint and still need a fork...If you have a gatorblade (that isn't $800) and willing to part with it, please pm me  it will be getting a cool paint Toxik paint scheme. Cheers!

Re:

Picked it up on the weekend. I'm really happy with it and totally worth the hassles of restoring an old frame.

With thanks to Shamus for motivation, I've dropped other distractions and have now picked up this Brodie project again. I cut the threads on the fork and found a nos xt hs for it.

I just wish my eXpresso looks half as good as your catalyst after paint treatment...This is just beautiful!

Did you place decals under clear coat or over?

Thanks very much, Dare. It was beed blasted and then Toxik did his magic. I think he used house of colours paint? With his prep and the primo paint, it ended up pretty sweet. No clear coat, just decals on paint. I'll take better pics on a dslr and get proper white balance going on
