Help girlfriends birthday bike

I hate to do thiis but need some help in finishing the girlfriend new bike for her birthday it is going to be a GT LTS but need a few more bits ......

Full set of canti or spare fixture and fittings for hs33 maguras plus brake booster.

tapered crank set 175mm prefer xt or deore

sti pods xt or shifters and brake levers LX

Large rise bars

large rise stem ( this is how she likes to side don't ask me why!!!)

flat pedals

Seat clamp

and anything in ano blue

NOT asking for free and will pay

8 speed grip shift Sram and Shimano compat versions(Girls like these!!!!)
Blue 31.8 Salsa seat collar or Black various other sizes
Art riser stems in Yellow and Polished both fairly mint top quality.
Also have some V brakes spare M600 and single digits in Black new
Salsa pro moto low rise bars.
Sram V/Canti Carbon 7.0 barand new brake levers
Sakae/Suntour MD original square drive chain set-nice. can put new rings on and Blue bolts?
DMR V8 Black pedals OR have some nice light cage flatties
Can do a deal for a bulk purchase?

Not really but that is what i use and is also on her current bike but would love any susggestions

I'm fairly short and 165mm strokes don't work for me as they tend to make the bike "surge" my other half is only 5-2 and she prefers 175mm too!

Not an expert and clearly all down to bike geometry and biomechanics, but I would have thought 170 or 172.5 would have been more like it. Prob does not make much difference so just thinking you might be able to accept something smaller without spoiling the experience.

I know its not much but i've a DCD in blue just removed last week. Its not in bad nick and its a great colour. I'd be happy to send it gratis if you'll definately use it.
