[Help] Could you identify this stem ?

Hi guys, need your help to identify the stem on this Wicked Fat.
Seems to be aroller hi rise stem. Owner says it has no brand on it, ony "Taiwan" engaved in it.

Would be perfect for my Serotta.... And my back haha

very similar type but the one you pictured can be found on Muddy Fox Couriers around 1987/88 - I have one here somewhere
