Hi,
I have just purchased this nice paire of wheels, and they come fitted with Campagnolo hubs, but I can't identify the model. Can you help me please?
The skewers are from AMUAT, model Competizione, was told that they are spanish. Any thoughts on those?
Rims are Mavic Module E 700c, and are fitted with new Michelin Dynamic Sport tires.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Ed

Re:

Not sure about that Shaun, have a look at the lip where the base of the flange meets the axle casing. I've got nothing BTW, had a look at velobase on my phone but hard to see. They look1980s

I see what you mean. However I can't think of any other group other than Nuovo Tipo / post 1978 Nuovo Gran Sport that they would fit into.

Winged logo, un drilled and cheap looking bearing cover rules out NR and they are the wrong shape for later Victory or Triomphe.

Spokes are G. F. Redaelli which are 70's - 80's if memory serves.

Shaun

Yes it's a tricky one Shaun. Maybe measuring the front wheel bearings will give a clue, from memory Tipos had 7/32. Pity the original skewers are missing. Matthew
